Gulf Coast Challenge Tent City 2018 Information
The Gulf Coast Challenge Tent City Hospitality Area at Ladd-Peebles Stadium will once again be located in the East side parking area next to the stadium on Gulf Coast Challenge Saturday, September 22, 2018.
The basic arrangements are the same as in the past — you rent the space from Gulf Coast Challenge, obtain a tent from one of our recommended suppliers or provide one of your own that meets our specifications, and you are then responsible for providing your own food, beverages and entertainment.
You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement with Gulf Coast Challenge and abide by the rules as outlined. In particular, all tents must conform to guidelines, must have sides (no pop-ups), and there must be adequate control and monitoring of the distribution of alcohol in your tent.
There are five different tent sizes/spaces that you can rent from the stadium. The sizes and rental prices for 2018 are as follows:
20 x 20 — $880 w/Tent
40 x 40 — $1,360 w/Tent
40 x 60 — $1,840 w/Tent
Please note that the minimum rental space size is 20 x 20. You can put a smaller size tent in that space if you desire, but all spaces will be laid out and charged to this minimum size. Also, please be sure your tent does not exceed the width of 20’. If so, additional charges will apply.
You will also receive complimentary parking passes and tickets based on the size of your space rental:
20 x 20 Spaces– Two Parking Passes/ Two Game Tickets
40 x 40 Spaces — Two Parking Passes/ Four Games Tickets
40 x 60 Spaces- Four Parking Passes/ Four Games Tickets
You may also order port-o-lets for your tent at a cost of $75 each.
